CHYB is an AI tool that provides trading-related analysis, information, and code (such as Pine Script and MQL5) built from several third-party AI models and market data. It is offered as early access and may change or stop at any time.
CHYB provides information and analysis only. It is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and nothing it says is an offer or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Trading forex, metals, crypto, stocks and other leveraged products carries a high risk, and you can lose more than you expect. Decisions and their results are yours alone.
Everything CHYB writes is generated by artificial intelligence. CHYB is a tool that gives you a second opinion, not an advisor. You trade your own money and make your own decisions. CHYB does not manage client money, does not hold funds, does not place trades for you and is not a broker. See also our Risk Disclosure.
AI answers can be incomplete, outdated or mistaken. Market data may be delayed or unavailable, and CHYB tells you when it knows the data is old. Check any level, price or signal against your own platform before acting. Always test generated code on a demo account before using real money.
You need an account to use the service and must keep your login private. Credits are used to pay for analysis and code builds. They have no cash value and are not transferable. Free credits may be changed or removed.
When paid plans and credit packs open, you will pay by credit or debit card through a third-party payment processor, which we will name at that time. We do not see or store your full card details. Monthly plans renew every month until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time; the plan then runs until the end of the period you paid for. Credits you have already used cannot be refunded. Other refund requests can be sent to info@chyb.ai, and we will give refunds where the law requires them.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
You keep ownership of what you write. You allow us to process it, including by sending it to our AI providers, as needed to run the service. CHYB, its design and its software belong to us.
The service is provided as is, without promises about availability or accuracy. To the extent the law allows, CHYB and its operators are not responsible for trading losses, missed profits or other damage that results from using the service or relying on what it says. You use CHYB at your own risk and are responsible for your own trading decisions. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
