Who we are

CHYB is operated by CHYB AI (Australia). You can reach us at info@chyb.ai.

What we collect

• Notification list: if you leave your email to hear about paid plans and new markets, your email address and the time you joined.
• Account: your email, your password (stored only as a salted one-way hash, never in plain text), your credit balance and a record of your usage.
• Your conversations: the questions you ask and the answers you receive. We store them so a conversation can continue, and we use recent messages as context for new answers.
• Technical data: your IP address and request times. We use them to protect the service from abuse and to limit the number of requests. Our server logs also contain them.

How AI processing works

To answer you, CHYB sends your questions, and for market analysis the relevant market data, to third-party AI providers. Today these are OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek and xAI. They process that content under their own terms and may do so in other countries. Do not put passwords, account numbers or other sensitive personal information into your questions.

Where data is kept

Our servers are hosted by Hostinger in Singapore. Data is stored in a database on that server, and we keep regular backups.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. We only use your email for your account, service messages (such as confirming your email or resetting your password) and, if you joined the notification list, to tell you about paid plans and new markets. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Cookies and fonts

This website does not set cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your data, or remove your email from the notification list, at any time by writing to info@chyb.ai. We keep notification-list emails until you ask us to delete them.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell account holders and notification-list members by email.
